Ahmed  Lawal , a trained IT Technician who also doubles as a security man was this morning shot by six hoodlums  at Banji Lawal Street in the Bariga Area of  Lagos State.The killers  are suspected to be armed Robbers terrorizing the Bariga Area of the State.
Ahmed Lawal according to an eye witness Segun Olawaiye ,a co security man attached to the same Street '',We had just closed for the day and was leaving for our different homes when all of a sudden we saw six boys marching towards our direction.It was as if they noticed we were the security men , one of them brought out a gun and shot at us with the gun hitting Ahmed,People in the vicinity had to run for cover as it was just 5.30a.m,they shot several rounds and escaped.I later called for help.When our Supervisors came we took Ahmed to the General Hospital Gbagada,he was bleading profusely through the head and other places the gun hit him.Unfortunately the Hospitals refused to accept him because they were on strike.We took him to the General Hospital Somolu and before we could get to Luth he gave up the ghost.Because he was brought in dead the hospital too rejected him.''
Ahmed Lawal ,30year old native of Imodi Imosan in Ogun State according to a Police source at the Bariga Police Station was a member of the OPC He was employed as a night Guard by the residents of Banji Lawal .
He resides at 13 Onasanya Street off Buraimoh Alli Street Bariga ,Lagos State.He is not yet Married
his remains has been taking to his home Town Imodi Mosan For burial.
